June 1 was the target date in our normal release cadence; unfortunately I had to break the rhythm. I didn't have the time, and I didn't feel it was in a releasable state.
The new target is July 1 or (more likely) soon after. I probably won't be able to include everything that's in progress. I will take another look at the open issues; fixes for regressions will be the priority, and 1.22 should address all of those that we know of.
Reminder: there is still an open bounty of $50 for discovering new regressions. None reported yet.
