I'm pleased to announce hledger 1.33!

This release comes a bit later than usual, with help from contributors

Jonathan Dowland, Ilja Kocken, Colin Dean, Dmitry Astapov, Vekhir,

ShrykeWindgrace, Martijn van der Ven, Michael Rees, aragaer, and hamzashezad.

Highlights: `close` enhancements, hledger-ui 'dark' theme, GHC 9.8 support,

Apple ARM binaries, and the usual improvements and fixes.

The displayed link is correct, but if you click on it it sends you to https://hledger.org/rel.html#2024-04-18-hledger-133 (note absence of "notes") which 404s.

Thanks for that, and here's another error just now resolved:

- Fixed hledger-mac-arm64.zip at https://github.com/simonmichael/hledger/releases/tag/1.33 , now it really contains arm binaries
