Something wrong with forecasting?

Hi.

I'm experiencing a weird behaviour doing forecasting.

See the example journal attached. Doing:

hledger -f tmp.journal print --forecast=feb

I see unexpected transactions generated.

v1.28 and macOS Monterey here.

I fear I'm missing something about periods specification. Any help? Thank you, bye

I think you are right, this does look like a bug. I see it in older versions too. I have opened https://github.com/simonmichael/hledger/issues/1986. Thanks for the report!
