exchange with electronic invoice formats

In the EU there are regulations for electronic invoice formats. In Germany
we have the formats XRechnung (literally "X-Invoice") und ZUGFeRD. I have
not seen such an invoice so far, but I have heard that when working for
public authorities you need to submit your invoice electronically as
XRechnung.

Is there already some support for generating electronic invoices from
hledger transactions or hledger transactions from electronic invoices?
