Singularity due to Docker Issues in M2 Mac

Dear HLAthena team,

Is there an available Singularity container for HLAthena?

This would workaround the TensorFlow AVX issues I have encountered when running the docker image in M2 Mac (also reported here: https://groups.google.com/g/hlathena/c/lRaU3StDlfE). In addition, itd enable HPC work for large jobs.

I could also build it myself on top of the Docker but if there is an official version It'd save time and would be a better way to go.
