An error has occurred. hlathena.tools low memory?

Hi Sisi,

Yesterday on http://hlathena.tools/ after successfully running predictions with peptide lists of 10-30 high interest HLA peptides, I tried running the list of all HLA peptides identified in each sample (3000-6000 peptides) . I was quickly greeted with the messages:

Error: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.

I then shortened a list to 10 peptides, which ran fine. Then to 100 peptides, which ran for a while before producing the above message again. Feels like a crash of the app on your server, perhaps consuming too much memory. After each failure the predict button on the page is inactive. I have to refresh the page, reselect all 6 alleles and re-select the list.

The same behavior for my lists of 10 and 100 is happening this morning. I'm now beginning to try install your docker image to run locally.
