The Shakespeare Society's second annual free Shakespeare Birthday Marathon on April 9 at 6:30 PM at the Kaye Playhouse.
The actors will perform scenes, speeches and songs from the Bard's comedies and romances such as A Winter's Tale, The Tempest and Much Ado About Nothing.
The event will also include an excerpt of Kenneth Branagh's upcoming film version of As You Like It.
The Kaye Playhouse is located at Hunter College on 69th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues. The event is free and open to the public. For more information visit www.shakespearesociety.org
