Subject: Finding over 100 interacting galaxies in the HLA

1. Type: hla.stsci.edu  in your web browser and hit return. Click on Enter Site here.

2. Type Arp 256, an interacting galaxy, in the box and hit search. Click on images.

3Scroll down to the ARP256NED01 image (shown above)  and click on Interactive Display.

4. Note from the name that this is from proposal 10592 (also see this in the inventory)

5. Go back to the top of page, click “advanced search”, enter 10592 in Proposal ID box, 
    click on search. 

             You can now examine over a hundred different interacting galaxies
