Hi James,
You are right – the ICD-10-CM code H16.329 is for “Diffuse interstitial keratitis, unspecified eye”; and the ICD-10-CM code for “Acquired stenosis of external ear canal secondary to inflammation and infection, unspecified ear” should be H61.329 and H61329 in the Disease&Diagnosis (ICD-9 CM)&Diagnosis (ICD-10 CM) Value Set in the Test Tool.
This typo will be corrected in the Value Set in the next update of the NIST Tool, anticipated to be published later this week.
Meanwhile, the error notification you are receiving may be ignored, as per this instruction in the Notes for Testers on the Test Story Tab for the Test Steps in SS-UC-1_UC_Visit_Influenza_Child.
Thank you,
Sheryl

Subject: ICD 10 diagnosis codes incorrect
Hello
On test case 1, in the Value set for ICD 10, alternate diagnosis codes are shown for Acquired Stenosis of external ear canal. See screenshot.
The code shown here is incorrect. It should actually be H61.329, not H16.329. When files with the correct code are validated, the diagnosis triggers multiple errors.
