to HL7v2 Syndromic Testing

Due to planned NIST maintenance for the servers, the NIST Syndromic Surveillance Test used for ONC certification testing has been unavailable for use starting on Thursday, June 20th until this morning. The complex maintenance process has taken longer than expected; however, the testing tool is back on-line now.
