Recent change to PID.10.3 criteria

Good evening,

Do you know if there was a recent update to the required value in PID.10.3? 

Previously the ELR tool required a value of "CDCREC", but as of 3/29 at 6am HST we're seeing the following error (even when loading the example messages):

Just wanted to check if this was an intended change before making any updates on our end.
