Error message - MSH segment is missing or does not contain the separators.

Hi,

I have the tool running on my computer and have tested a same version of the deidentified HL7 file through the online tool, I get this error message for both

"MSH segment is missing or does not contain the separators"

I am using the APHL COVID-19 ELR HL7 Generator to generate the files. Thanks for your help.
