to HL7v2 Lab Testing

Due to a planned NIST firewall migration that requires a brief outage, the NIST HL7 v2 Lab Test Tool used for ONC 2015 Edition certification testing will be unavailable for use on Saturday December 9^th from 9A to 11A ET.
