Hello NIST HL7 Support Team,

I am currently integrating with the NIST HL7v2 IIS testing service for submitSingleMessage SOAP calls.

However, when invoking the endpoint at: https://hl7v2-iz-r1-5-testing.nist.gov/iztool/ws/iisService

I am receiving the following error:
There was no endpoint listening at https://hl7v2-iz-r1-5-testing.nist.gov/iztool/ws/iisService that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.

Attached is a screenshot of the showing the binding and endpoint setup.

Could you please confirm:
1) If the endpoint is currently operational and listening?
2) If there are any known changes to the WSDL or endpoint address?

Whether there are specific SOAP header or security requirements that may cause this rejection?

Regards
Shanmukh

Hi Shanmukh, the https://hl7v2-iz-r1-5-testing.nist.gov/iztool/ws/iisService is up and running fine. I tested it this morning as a check.
Maybe you have a firewall rule restricting outgoing communication on your side?
