만복대 잘 다녀왔습니다

JB-006 만복대(1438m) 잘 다녀왔습니다
그런데 막상 만복대에 가보니 행정구역이 전남 구례군으로 표시되어 있더군요.

우리는 전북으로 분류했는데 말이죠.

고쳐야하지 않을까요?

지금은 그같은것 고치고 싶으면 그냥 이상할거예요.  왜나면:

--그냥 달은 지역으로 바꿔면 점수가 도같잖아요 (그럼 목적이 뭐이에요?).  

--지금 산등록 번호 보면:  더 낮은번호=더높은산 (또는 더높은 번호=더나즌산).  지금 있는산번호들이 다른 도로 (전북-->전남으로, etc) 그 다른(목적)지역있는산번호 못 바꿔니까 그 지금 인 JB-006 JN-382으로 할거예요....(데터베이스에서 번호밖에 안보면 우리생각은 "응 그것은 150m이에요...").  또는, JB-006 삭제했으니까 JB-005 와 JB-007 사이에 없는것이에요.

--마지막에:  산은 아주좋은 경계선 할수있으니까 모든 지방사이에 이문제를 (많이)나올거예요.  그럼 우리지방이 중에 "누구산이에요" 같은 싸울 나는 시작 하고 싶지않아요.  이 만복대는 50%/50% 전북과 전남사이에 있어요. 그것은 필요없으니까 관리팀은 규칙에서 "산 추가 이니면 삭제"만 할수있어요.  

So, to summarize:  the points are still the same, the mountain is still in Korea, and this is not a problem or consideration that is exclusive to Korea. 

The only time when there is something done about this is when it is an international boundary, at which point points are assigned to each association, but only one association's points can be claimed /per expedition/ (so people could not make 30 points on _one_ activation of Mont Blanc, simply stepping across the border into CH/F/I). 

We did our best we could do when making the database with the limited and often varying data that was available to us without personally visiting every summit.  I understand your concern, but attacking a mammoth issue like this would take years to research and carry out, and cause more (mostly interpersonal) problems than it is worth, simply to tidy up a database which presently is already tidy.  

While I would love to have extra data about summits to add to the database (and can), I can't change the numbers--it's in the rules.  I'm sure you'll see similar situations like this pop up in the future, but we'll just have to do our best.

So, thanks for your concern, and moreover, your understanding (which I'm sure you do, since you were active in the database creation).

Most of all, congratulations on your activation (I haven't managed a 10-pointer, yet!)
