Hi Yuan Yuan,

Nice hear from you, and the breaking news.  But what kind of civil engineering, boring?  Find a more interesting one for staying away from home.  Then who’s taking care of your kids?

HI Guys,

How are you doing?

I started working as a staff engineer in a local company that was bought by Asenco, Australia not so long time ago.

Not too much work for me to do these days, I guess they will fire me soon if I do not ask for work (but I do not care, I work bacause my Husband does not allow me to stay at home).

Breaking NEWs-------------

I ran across Ms Jiuru Hu at a Local shopping mall. Anybody knows her WELL? to someone who may not be familiar...she got a master in EEE dept in HKU, 2000. and found a job and moved to USA .  SHe has been in Roseville (a city close to Sacramento, 2.5hr drive from San Fransisco) for years and married a Greece guy and has a 2.5 yr old boy.

We two had lunch together every tuesday till I started this engineering job. we talked some about HKU and some about Xiaogang He, and other boys (...you know i know...) in our Dept. Then we sent a letter to Xiaogang He saying hello, but xiaogang did not reply. Laterly she invited my family for a weekend BBQ lunch, it turned out to be quite good.

Anybody knows her and wants to contact her, let me know, I will send to you her email address privately.

Cheers!

Yuan

Yuan yuan,

How about your new job as civil engineer ? Do you get your PE license yet?

Do you have a picture with Ms. Jiuru Hu to share with us, which is easy for us to tell the difference?

Hi Lin,

I was about to ask you. I may need to take EIT before I apply for PE right? if that is the case, I may take October 2008 EIT and probably will take PE exam a year after. I heard from my colleague that the 8-hr exam is not trivial...any tricks to let me know?

I do not have a picture of Jiuru (Julia) and me. I will take one next time I see her.
Best,

YUan

oh, Xiong, I failed to contact Qiang but met with Aiguo last week,
not ran into him in a mall of course. Aiguo still suggested in
Shenzhen. How about a little later, say in a weekend of June or July?
I guess we'd better collect ideas of all friends nearby...

Aiguo, please advise on this if you are online.

BTW, dear , Lin, I guess you need buy Yuan a photographic telescope... hehe...
