One of his best-known and most popular series is the Camel Club series. The protagonists are four political watch-dogs who keep an eye on the government. They formed the Camel Club to share intelligence while they try to sniff out government conspiracies.
The other members of the Camel Club are Reuben Rhodes, a Defense Intelligence Agency employee turned war protester; Caleb Shaw, an employee of the Rare Book Wing of the Library of Congress; and Milton Farb, a paranoid former child prodigy. And as the series progresses, the club gains a few more helpful members.
In the first book in the series, we are introduced to the members of the Camel Club. They have just witnessed a shocking murder in D.C., and, being conspiracy theorists, they aren't super-excited to trust anyone with this news. But justice must prevail, so they team up with Secret Service agent Alex Ford (who will appear again in later books) and use their skills to root out the villains and stop a catastrophic event before it's too late.
This time the boys must stop a renegade CIA agent from selling American secrets. The group discovers that the agent's betrayal is linked to the recent murders of the Speaker of the House and the director of the Library of Congress's Rare Books and Special Collections Division. While Oliver and the gang work to squash the agent's plans, they are approached by a gifted con artist named Annabelle Conroy, who wants their help for her own reasons. Will they get conned by a con? And can they solve the murders?
