QB Courrier is working perfectly for our needs. We are creating an EFP doc based on QB inputs and sending to an email list based on checkbox selections and it is far easier that previous systems/processes.Matthew was exceptionally helpful when we had a time crunch for our app Go Live and was able to get us up and running with less than a days' time. I found Juiced about a year ago and have been using their add-ons ever since. I started with EF+ and I am now using 3 different add-ons. They make it so easy to implement the solutions and they work with you throughout the entire process to make sure everything is seamless. I definitely recommend them for anything you might be struggling with in your application.
I've been using Exact Forms Plus for 2 years and it is a fantastic product for producing written documentation as a PDF or a MS Word Doc. When I first started using it, I just did the basics - create a document using the fields in the record. Since then, I have used the sub-reports (really easy with a bunch of very specific formatting options), QR codes to make clock-in and clock-out sheets, and even processing a bunch of different records, each with their own sub-reports, with a one button touch.On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, I've gotten answers that were both correct and fast (which I can't say about many other software companies). The documentation itself is also very useful and has actually ended up being like a visit to Amazon - "Hey, I didn't know that existed! I can use it for this and that and the other!"Overall, Exact Forms Plus works great and keeps me and my demanding clients happy. It just works like it should.
My Company has used Juiced Tech Add-Ons like Exact Form Plus, Excel Docs, PDF Merger & QB Courier for many years and have been extremely pleased with the functionality of their Add-Ons. I'm always looking at their new releases to see if my company could utilize more of their Add-Ons as they've made our QuickBase experience much better and efficient with their offerings. I also enjoy that they host "Office Hours" on Wednesdays that you can tune into and ask questions as well as they spotlight Add-ons and how they can be used in ways you might not originally think about. They are also very proactive about updating and maintaining their Add-Ons and are extremely prompt to respond when I have any questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about this company; they are an integral piece of our QuickBase platform and are used every single day by every employee in our company. Great company with great products, what more could you want?
I have been working with Matthew and Dylan for several months and Juiced for several years and I'm constantly amazed by what they're able to accomplish. They have automated so many time consuming and laborious processes that my team is able to focus on things that actually matter to my company. I can confidently say that I would at least have to have two to three more employees to handle the work that Juiced has been able to save us. Every employee of Juiced that I have worked with has been incredibly professional and has gone above and beyond my expectations. They always have time to walk me through my projects and even suggest ways to improve upon what we were already planning. I can't think Juiced, Matthew and Dylan enough for everything they have done for my business!
I was hesitant to purchase any addons, thinking I should be able to do it all natively with enough time, but finally decided to pickup a few Juiced addons and wish I had done so sooner. With EFP I can implement ideas much quicker as well as ideas I can't natively. Support has been very helpful with any questions as well.
Dylan is extremely responsive and helpful with explanations, provides tools for self service, and most importantly is available for follow-ups. One of the best technical people I have worked with in my career from the perspective of bridging the gap between tech and non-tech speak.
We engaged Juiced Technologies for several projects of varying complexity and size. They are excellent to work with. Many of our projects were worked out as we went, adding changes and improvements along the way. Their engineers are easy to work with, understood our business requirements and delivered excellent results. They also take the time to knowledge share which enables us to be self sufficient using their products and reduce costs.We continue to work closely with them and use their valuable services to enhance our QuickBase applications.
These 2 EF products have provided a reporting platform that meets many of our business lines needs and have helped key stakeholders make important decisions while also providing internal and external stakeholders with valuable information in professionally formatted PDFs.The EF tools have allowed us to gain additional traction with Quick Base and provide value add to our business.
Always great working with Juiced Tech. Tools and skills are off the chart and response times are close to nothing. Got a full set up in less than 2 days and after the 30 minute meeting I was able to replicate the same process in a different application all by myself. A+
The XL Docs is just the tool I needed to complete a manifest task. Being a beginner with Quickbase and the add-ons, I found the Juiced team to be very helpful. I gave them the application and worksheet and they set up the XL DOC. Then the walk through was very thorough and answered all my questions so that that I can now create my own. This is exactly what we needed to add to an existing QuickBase application. We had an internal form that required signatures by the client, the preparer, and the reviewer. Adding QB Signatures has allowed us to completely eliminate printing and scanning from the process!
We needed a solution to upload multiple files at once and to be able to have custom forms connected to our Quick Base app. Juiced had solutions for both and has many other products that integrate nicely with Quick Base. We are considering integrating DocuSign and Dropbox with their products as well. Keith has been excellent at answering questions and providing support. We couldn't be more pleased.
We worked with Juiced to create automated invoices using their Excel Add-on. The implementation process was quick and easy and they were able to do exactly what we wanted with zero difficulties. Will definitely be using them again when the need arises
Juiced has consistently worked me as we have continued to scale various aspects of our business into QuickBase. We are using five of their solutions now on a subscription basis, and any time I have major changes they are able to very quickly adapt to my needs.
I have used Juiced for Exact Forms Plus (automated document publishing from Quick Base), and for PDF merging in Quick Base for several years. They have a decent suite of tools, at a reasonable price. Their tools can't do absolutely everything I want, but they do full the vast majority of gaps I have with the standard Quick Base offering. Quick Base + Juiced is generally all I ever need for my 300 users on Quick Base within my company. Also, they have been nothing short of awesome whenever I've reached out to get technical help on something. They know what they are doing.
I recently made some bone headed mistakes and I reached out to Juiced. My current time was 8:30 PM and I had a deadline in the morning. Withing 30 minutes my issue was fixed. One of the best customer service experiences in my career. I will be recommending Juiced to anyone who is interested.
Quick note to say Thank You. I am a huge customer service orientated person and appreciate the quality in others. We were in a bind getting multi-file upload functionality activated on one of our Quickbase apps. Christine went above and beyond assisting. I emailed her late in the day. She and I emailed back and forth into that night to iron out the kinks, then first thing in the morning she followed back up with the final needed items so she could finish setting it up for us....not to mention she also helped us with the same on the first app we added this function to as well several months ago. She is a huge asset to Juiced Tech. Always positive, Always helpful.Thank you
I have been dealing with Christine at Juiced since 2014. She has helped us with everything from, building new applications, formulas, reports, solving issues, migrating data, and is now currently help us to go paperless using Docusign. She is an asset to Juiced and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for someone who well verse with Quick Base.

As an avid promoter/user of Qbase for a number of years now, I've always felt less than fully satisfied with the native print function driven through Exact Forms. While I'm a champion of all things digital, sometimes the situation calls for a printed product. Just setup Exact Forms Plus from Juiced Technologies and wow, what a great add-on!!! The ease, functionality and value of EP+ is tremendous! One of those truly authentic cases where it works better than I would have expected. I can't wait to build it out across a number of applications!
