In case you missed the huge turnout for the Victoria Jazz Band last night, there's one more live band event this week:
Sat 6 Aug is the Stray Katz Big Band at Grappa's Cellar, Jardine House basement, 1 Connaught Place, Central. No cover charge, starts 8pm. You may want to book a table as it's a popular night ( tel 2521-2322),
and this Sunday night - 7 Aug - Brian will be spinning blues and lindy at Blue Smoke BBQ, 3/F Grand Progress Building, 15 Lan Kwai Fong, Central from 8-11.15pm with a free beginner class around 8.30pm.
No cover, but for table/dinner reservations call 2816 9018.
