Dear friends,

Just wanted to pass on the news about this new opening at a US-based environmental NGO that's been doing great work in China with smaller local partners.  The current person in the position is going on to graduate school.  Of note - one requirement is that the person be authorized to work in the US.

Please do pass it on to anyone you think might be interested.

Best regards,

Anthony

Dear Anthony,

Greetings from San Francisco! We wanted to let you know about some upcoming changes at Pacific Environment.

We will be hiring a new San Francisco-based China Program Co-Director as soon as possible. The job description for this position is attached.  This is a great opportunity for someone motivated to make a difference in protecting China's environment and growing China's civil society movement!  In particular, the new Co-Director will join a great team, collaborating with Wen Bo in Beijing as a Co-Director and with Xiu Min Li in San Francisco as a China Program Associate, as well as with all the great staff at Pacific Environment.  Daniela has helped to establish a strong track record for Pacific Environment's China program, which offers the opportunity to a new Co-Director to help build on these successes!  We would appreciate your assistance in forwarding this to any of your contacts that might be interested in this exciting opportunity and please let both of us know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you for all of your support of our work in China and around the Pacific Rim and we look forward to hearing from you!

Best,

David Gordon, Executive Director

Daniela Salaverry, China Program Co-Director
