On behalf of the HKS Arab Caucus, we wish to thank the World Bank and the OCA for consposoring the workshop. We would like as well to thank professors Ishac Diwan, Michael Woolcock, Misses Samera Halabi and Jumana Alaref for taking

Edraak is an online course platform (MOOC) that was initiated by the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF). Edraak leverages technology developed by the Harvard MIT Consortium Edx to create
the first non-profit Arabic MOOC platform. Mohamad Al-Issis, senior fellow at the Belfer Center is currently working on this initiative.
