Lieu Of Masses Writ Of Protection Is A Statutory Process Through A Sworn Affidavit, They Take It To The High Court And Sign It And A Judge Is Not Required To Hear The Argument Since The Party Owns The Mantle Of Authority So Court Witness The Sworn Affidavit Stating The Party Dismay. Once They Return From Court They Hand It Over To The President On Receipt The President Should Sign And Step Down From Power Immediately And If The President Refuses To Step-Down The Party Will Effect The Service Of Masses Writ Of Protection Through A ‘Petition’. The Lieu For Masses Writ Of Protection Will Now Be Served Upon The President With A Petition Highlighting All Allegations And Offences Of Crimes Committed While In Tenure To Be Serve On The Attorney General Or The Police Commission And This Will Bring An Automatic Criminal Indictment On The President While Being Investigated As Person Of Interest That Automatically Will Take The President From The Seat Of Power.
