Pre-season

Hi guys,

Below is the schedule for pre-season.  We will be training on Monday and Thursday nights until September 11th when we will revert back to Tuesday and Thursdays again at Tai Hang Tung.  Please note that the first session will be on Monday 30th at Kings Park, 7.30pm.  We will then be at Shek Kip Mei from then on.

Communication of availability  for these sessions is vital so that Craig Hammond and Luke can plan the sessions based on numbers attending.  If you have holidays booked then please let Craig Hammond or myself know when you will be away.

Looking forward to getting back into it and catching up with everyone again.  There's lots of excitement around the club at the moment so lets make sure we hit the ground running at training.

All players are reminded that there will be a players night on August 3rd, 8pm at The Tent in Mong Kok.  Please contact James Murray - jwkm...@gmail.com for more details.

We have also just signed a sponsorship agreement with Nutrition Asia which will provide us with reduced rate supplements.  Please take advantage of this offer by sending in the attached form with your order to me and I will make a group order.  I will make one a month on 3rd of each month.  That is next week so please get your order in asap.

For those that haven't got back to me about the tour to Shanghai on 14th-16th September, please do so asap.  Its HK$2000.  If you are keen please also send passport details.
