Hi all,

Please be reminded that the Hong Kong Scottish AGM will take place next Thursday, 5th July at 7pm.

The agenda for the AGM is as follows:

1. Introduction and apologies

2. Resignation of Chairman - Jason Collelo

3. Nominations for Chairman

4. Chairman's Statement

5. Voting in of new Office Bearers

6. Strategic Development

7. Annual Budget

8. AOB

Please note that nominations for Chairman and Vice - Chairman are still open and all nominations for Social and Fundraising committee and Match Day committee positions are welcome.  So far there has been a nomination for Stewart Saunders as Chairman.
