First off, great job at Startup Saturday. Seems like you got the
response you wanted.

I had two questions and one suggestion before I sign up for membership
myself:

1) How are you handling invoicing?

2) At the level for using boot.hk for a registered address, does that
mean you'll have someone to handle mail collection?

Suggestion:

I often need a space just to drop off some things for a few hours. A
few small and medium sized lockers could be very useful for those that
out meeting clients and just need a spot to keep something rather than
carry it around all day.

Again, great job!

Aaron

PS- How long are you going to keep the lifetime membership offer
open? Is that something I can upgrade to later?

I think we will leave it open until four lifetime members register, as it will give us enough seed capital to look at the second location as soon as the first one is stable.

Invoicing, I think will be a choice via PayPal or via direct transfer. We will need to sort out the details.

Registered address and mail sorting: there are two possibilities for this in the long run, either we will have enough members coming and going and it will make sense to hire an admin(s) to look after each location, or we do a swap of time for credit and have members handle it. Both are done in similar facilities elsewhere, it will really depend on what kind of volume we build up as to if it is more than I or someone else can handle within a couple of minutes each day.

Lockers: I agree, it makes sense. I understand the need, and I think it will compliment the hot desk usage as well. We will look into something like this.

Cheers,

Jon

I don't think this is still available, it was something we tried early on, but no takers. The space is being run by HK Commons now, so they are keeping the same base rates, but it probably doesn't make sense to do the lifetime membership.
