For the recruit websites, you can try  http://hk.jobsdb.com/hk and http://www.monster.com.hk/, these are two online jobs site most famous in Hong Kong, but you may also check on  http://www.jobs.gov.hk/1/0/opening/main.html, the government sites for job posting.

Please contact me, I can really make use of your advise fomr the valley :) , and hope my suggestions help you. If it doesn't, I can even try to use my network to help you recruit some people, I am in a local university, and are quite connected to the people here :)
