NO, but you can use Nokia 6138, those from New World. it can use both pcs
and GSM. I think they fixed some electronics inside. I am using it now.

Wrong !

Hutchison PCS or GSM(900) SIM card can either be plugged in different
handsets and it works. It is because their network supports real dual band
mode. However, you don't have to ask Hutchison because they will deny.

Don't be happy. Even it works in real dual band mode, their reception is
still poor. However, I find the reception is better if you plug in their
PCS SIM card into GSM(900) handset.

Are you sure that Hutchison PCS work fine in the phones I mentioned?
I got both phones bodies and I want to cancel my Smartone GSM.

Also, if I go to Hutchison shop to subscribe PCS, will they check my
handset or they will issue me a card only???

I seldom use my mobile. I got 221 mins airtime. My next billing will
be from 22nd this month.
Which is better?
1. Continue using to use up airtime.
2. Terminate my subscription, then resubscribe same company at lower
package/shift to other company?

Please suggest.
