Good idea.
Some people like to chat with his/her friends when watching a movie.
And they are not talking the movie but something else.
It is okay for them to talk as they like but they have no need to talk
so loudly.
Some people always think that people from mainland China are impolite.
But I think we people from Hong Kong need to think about it also.

睇怕都好難，有 d 人甚致有震機都吾用，特登等佢響到鬼殺咁。無奈 !!!
除非戲院好似法庭咁規矩，否則都係難......難 !!

Good idea? 這 可 不 抹 殺 了 其 他 為 他 人 著 想 的 『 震 機 人 』
嗎 ？ 自 己 覺 得 這 個 問 題 跟 吸 煙 問 題 類 似 ， 有 規 則 但 無
監 管 ， （ 更 不 幸 的 是 ， 吵 耳 手 機 根 本 沒 有 被 法 律 所 限
制 ） 所 以 正 確 的 做 法 應 該 是 ：
1. 先 立 例 禁 止 手 機 發 出 聲 音 ， 一 如 吸 煙 被 禁 止 一 樣 ，
違 者 被 控 （ 或 離 場 ）
2. 嚴 格 執 行 (1)
3. （ 沒 有 啦 ... 就 是 這 麼 簡 單 ， 如 果 (2) 真 的 能 夠 做 得 好
的 話 ）
老 實 說 ， (2) 聽 起 來 好 像 有 點 過 重 ， 但 我 想 到 的 以 下 的
權 宜 之 計 都 好 像 執 行 上 有 問 題 ：
a. 戲 院 內 其 他 觀 眾 『 請 』 他 肅 靜 （ 但 惡 yeah 我 就 不 敢 出
聲 了 ）
b. 戲 院 職 員 『 請 』 他
c. General education?? (more long-term but toooooo long-term)
