這裏比較少人談論AV Amp, 有時間不如講一講,好嗎?

上星期天和一老死去買AV Amp用來取代舊的Pioneer Prologic Amp.(Buget 是
$5000-6000) 行了很多店,最後上到友x(貪駁好有得試),試完個sales 講那部Onkyo所謂
有前所未有之100kHz的經歷的575, 播Eagles的Hotel Casablanca, 推Energy的XL25,
不知所謂, 好像不太夠力, 高低音和人聲都分得不好,還以為是speaker問題, 後來試
Nakamichi AV10,証實不是喇叭問題。分析力好了,高中音很名顯,但仍略嫌鼓聲不夠實,
可能是Power Amp不夠強,Transformer和大水塘不夠大所致。(i guess)

接著是理想之選Yamaha A2/2095 和 Denon 3300, 首先問價, 水位分別在$7950和
$7280。(心想,你老板,當我Robert啊你! $7280!? 上兩個星期3300一出時我同事買
$6400之嗎!) 回到正題,兩隻Amp真是難分難解,兩種完全不同的聲音。3300味精味極重
,Power十足；相反A2的聲比較柔,但高低音位亦做到十分平均,Power名顯比A1弱,但尚算
好,如果能再大一些就Perfect。

我個人preferA2,但我朋友最後選了3300。其實各有各好,A2的外型我鍾意,夠薯,Remote
又靚又user friendly。 3300有32bit decode,8chs Ext. input, support component
input, (好似)有前途些。 比我選,我真的十分難選，唉...

最後,兩支公合力把20Kg重的3300拿回家,發覺原來OSD只是support composite and
s-video but not component.

3300 , 因 為 力 水 好 o的 , 供 能 多 o的 , 買 得 AV Amp. o既 都 係 著 重 音 效

Yeah, I think it's a difficult question for a lot of people
who want to buy AV amp. at this price range. AVR 3300 has
component in and out but no digital out while RX-V2095 has
2 digital outs but no component in and out. Regarding the
sound, I think it depends on much more on personal taste.

Ah..... 我都知它們好聲。但這是兩種不同價格的產品ma. A1D ($17,xxx) and SR18
($14,xxx). 不過講開又講,你鍾意哪一部多D呢!?

死未,昨夜太倦,就連 Hotel California 都寫錯成 Casablanca.

剛剛問完個老死,真係冇digital out, o米冇得digital out去MD, 唉....

其實component input 都幾fancy, 只是DVD有,不如買一條線直接駁DVD to display
unit啦! Right?

而且3300又冇前置(Front Panel)輸入, 有時駁video cam or game machine 都幾有
用。

Thank Colden reminding us. And totally agreed with Henry. Record MD will be
very troublesome.
Is there any optical digital signal spliter out there in market?

I myself will connect the DVD player video to the monitor directly, without
going through the AMP. I think DVD player is the only equipment which has
component output for most of us.

And without A/B front speaker is one of the drawback of AVR-3300 too.

Anyone heard of Denon AVR-2800? Any comment? Seems to be a AVR-3300
junior. ^_^

一半半啦,其實Sony隻55ES都幾好o架,我老豆都用緊,不過是日本版,不知道oversea
verion (HONG good)是否一樣好聲。

其實component input 都幾fancy,on screen display 又唔support component input,
加上只是DVD有,不如買一條線直接駁DVD to display unit重實際啦! Right?

而且3300又冇前置(Front Panel)輸入, 有時駁video cam or game machine 都幾有
用。

P.S. 我想問日版Yamaha A1和A2是否好聲D,好像Sony55ES,日版雖則冇AM/FM Tuner,但
電源線,重量都勁好多。

I think I will prefer SR-18, even when they are at the same price
because most of my amp will be used for music

(The first SR-18 my friend bought was 13500, about the same in the same
shop about A1D)

Component input並唔支援OSD, 8 Ext. Channel in 並不等於8 Channel output,這點
有沒有留意到呢! 那兩個Ext.input叫做Effect input, 經Multiplex和Convert o左之
後都是5.1輸出,但有於未來的Surround Standard還未落實,我個人就覺得不值為這個功
能大雀躍。

之前有數位網友提到compare A1, A1D 和 SR18 (現在好像已經出到第三代,對嗎?)，幾
好提議wo... IMO,
好聲: SR18 > A1 > A1D
外表: A1 > A1D > SR18

Great power, no fatique.
It is good for future expansion like component-in and 8 ch in.
Also, it has RF-in for my LD, good product.

冇記錯的話 AVR-3300 是有八聲道（7.1）前置輸入和八聲道前置輸出，
當然其中兩條聲道沒有後置輸出是正確的。

其實 MPEG Multichannel 和 SDDS 已經是 7.1 聲道，不過由於前者被人話衰聲，
後者沒有用於家庭影院中，所以 Effect input 看上來好似冇乜用。
