馬英九率團出訪中美洲，今晚將結束行程返回台灣。這次出訪，傳出尼加拉瓜總統奧蒂嘉(Daniel Ortega Saavedra)一再爽約，經馬政
府採取強硬態度，奧蒂嘉才親自致歉、送機。這整個過程在馬英九返台後，府方高層勢必進行檢討，但馬能在尼國維持住尊嚴，也印證錢復的名言“兩岸政策是外
交政策的上位政策”。
如果說，馬英九取消扁政府時代沿襲下來的金援，讓奧蒂嘉態度反覆、再三試探，進而認為活路外交破功，恐怕太過武斷；但若認定中美洲國家不會加以測試，這
也非馬政府會採取的結論。
馬政府在檢討之餘，必須確認，如今可理直氣壯抗議，要求對方補救，擁有籌碼維護尊嚴的先決條件，即在於兩岸關係正常化，兩岸對外交休兵達成“默
契”。
台灣過去10 年，與6個國家斷交，現在僅剩23個友邦，且多為中美洲、大洋洲等偏遠、政局複雜、貧窮國家，加上台灣屢被國際組織排斥在外，被視為東亞
火藥庫，證明扁政府時期的“烽火外交”不但失敗，還是外交大輸家。
馬英九去年520執政後，積極改善兩岸關係在先，接著提出外交休兵，才讓台灣對外關係轉危為安。府方高層就曾指出，去年約有3到5個國家屬於紅黃燈危險
訊號，今年23個國家已全數轉為“綠燈”（安全的訊號，沒有危機）。
雖然“23”成了台灣外交的“魔術數字”，但以“中華台北”名義參加世界衛生大會（WHA）、納入“國際衛生條例”（IHR），英國、愛爾蘭相繼給予台
灣免簽證待遇，這些實質好處，證明兩岸和解促使外交休兵政策奏效，進而讓活路外交發揮效用。

These pictures are the pictures of abianchen cunt, aka meichi for the
following reasons:
1: She herself had admitted taking part in a Taiwan clothing
manufacturing company's fashion show before I even realized there
were pictures of that fashion show on that website.
2: She has completely erased that website. If she is NOT Meichi,
she would not know, would not care, would not have erased that
website.
The only reason it was erased is because I have found out who she
really is.
3: Her email ID, abianc...@my-deja.com, IS from that server, and she
is paying $5.00 a month for the use of it.
