Senior Software Engineer (J2EE)
* Work with product management to understand business requirements. * Design and implement extremely high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable web-based systems solutions in a J2EE environment. * Perform unit testing and work closely with QA team on systems testing. * Support ongoing release cycle
* Hands-on experience working on Java based middle tier. * Experience with REST or SOAP bases web services. * Experience with web frameworks like struts or spring. * Experience with hibernate or other ORM tools. * Experience developing scalable, multi-tier web solutions, ideally for a consumer website. * Knowledge of relational database like mysql. Knowledge of nosql systems would be a plus * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * BS in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience
