Recently we have stepped up our presence in China by signing an
agreement with the Wuxi New District authorities for the
construction of a new plant in the city of Wuxi (Jiangsu province,
150km from Shanghai). We have big plans for this plant and this is
where you come in.

We are looking for a Chinese professional to act as our HR Manager.
In this position you would be responsible for developing our HR
systems and processes to an international level. If you are over 30
years old and have worked in HR in a plant of any kind we would be
delighted to have the chance to talk to you.

If you are successful in gaining this position, your mission will be
to develop systems and processes to manage recruitment, internal
communication, payroll, training and staff development. More
importantly you will look forward to the chance to make your mark

Required Experience:
- 4 years in a manufacturing environment dealing with HR issues for
both professional and production staff
- Direct experience of most of: training, recruiting, staff
development, payroll, China labour law, HRIS, ATS
- Previous experience of developing new HR systems in any industry
in China will be viewed with particular favour

Required Skills:
- Relevant degree from a recognised university in China
- Fluent in English and Chinese
