係唔係就咁插哂D線就OK呀？ 咁部TV點tune去解碼器個頻道呀？ 我部TV scan哂都tune
唔到台bor。 重有個解碼器咁多個台(1~99)， 邊個至係有線/TVB/ATV呀？

do you see Cable TV in reverse color without the decoder?
do you see Cable TV in reverse color without the decoder?
If there is no Cable TV signal, how you wish the decoder to "create" Cable
TV channels.
