Adaptec AHA2940 <*> TVGA 9440AGI

Has anyone experienced the conflict between Adaptec AHA2940 PCI SCSI
and Trident TVGA 9440AGI PCI display card.

Your suggestion or experience is much valueable!

I have experienced problem with the above setting. But my problem is
the system can't get my scsi card. After booting up the system, I can
see the scsi and display card information in /proc. I have spent much
time on that. At last I decided to change the scsi card to aha1520
(ISA). That's OK now! Happy here! cheaper but slower preformance!!!
