Many schools are using google classroom. And we can do lots of things with Google Apps Script, a simple programing language that controls google sheet, gmail, google doc etc 

Below is one example of using google apps script. 

ChatGPT is able to generate many of these functions. Try and you will find many useful suggestions on AI.
