Wednesday Night Running

Afternoon All

Track is scheduled to be on tomorrow night but as the weather looks a bit sketchy and unpredictable we will make a call at 6pm on the night. If you don't hear anything expect it to be on.

With that said please respond if you intend on coming.

And if this is your first time we are at the SE corner of the Aberdeen Athletic Field with a 7.30 start.

Regrettably we are cancelling tonight's session. Another rainband is approaching Hong Kong and there is a good chance the Aberdeen Athletic Ground is under water.

Afternoon All

While the weather does not look that fabulous today, the forecast is far better. So with that, unless you here otherwise before 6pm Wednesday night, we will be running.

Place: Aberdeen Athletic Field
Time 7.30 pm

Weather forecast: Sunny intervals. Mist Patches in the morning and at night. 20 - 24 degrees and 70 - 95% humidity.

As usual please reply if you are coming and remember to bring a timing device
