It was another lovely weekend in Hong Kong to enjoy the great outdoors. The Saturday Open Water Swimmers of Hong Kong had one of their largest turnout with 55 swimmers at Stanley on Saturday, while there were multiple group rides on the island, Lantau and NT and many continue to enjoy running the trails and roads of Hong Kong.

Out in the heat and windy conditions in Thailand, Bemet, Lewis, and Fabrice kicked off their 2020 triathlon race season with stellar performances at Ironman 70.3 Bangsaen. Congratulations!

5.30am - Bisney Road firestation

5:45am - Ocean Park traffic lights

5:48am - Island Road - Deep Water Bay Road Junction

5.52am - Bottom of Repulse Bay Road hill (not a regroup point)

6.02am - bus stop at top of RBR (regroup)

6.20am - regroup at top of Mount Butler

6:40am - Stubbs Road (Adventist hospital roundabout)

7.00am top of Peak Road outside Peak Lookout
