The Dragons’ kit shop is open for another 24 hours so still time to get race kit for those races that are still on and now all the postponed races!

And it might not be looking so good out there today but the week ahead is looking much better for a good week of training so start planning your week today!

It’s the turn of the Reverse Peak Express Tuesday - Broadwood, CIS, Butler, Peak!  About 40km in total and over 1,000m of climbing if you make it up Austin too!  

We leave from Bisney Firestation at 5.30, roll through mid-levels and get to Kennedy and QRE just before 6.00

Thursday is the ever dependable Tai Tam Peloton. Stay with the peloton until Big Wave Bay, just do part of it, or peel off at Redhill - all welcome.  Again, start point is Bisney Rd firestation at 5.30 and a meet up at bottom of RBR at 5.52

Saturday I’ll be heading out to Disney to take advantage of the quite roads!  Will be a combination of run/bike/run and I’ll post details nearer the time depending on my legs by the end of week.
