Now before you go off and congratulate our good friend and loyal Dragon and SIR, Paul Sandburg for Kansas City's amazing comeback against the San Francisco 49ers in this morning's Superbowl - please don't. Otherwise you will risk looking like Donald Trump!

Kansas City is not in Kansas - which is where 'Judge' Sandburg is from - but in fact is in Missouri! (To complicate matters even more, Sandburg does not even live in Kansas anymore, and has now moved to Dallas!)

So don't be like the septuagenarian leader of the free world, but instead make sure you read your ride emails, because they can often be an amazing of useless information and interesting geographical facts!

And so to the business at hand, I will be riding the Dragons Reverse Peak Loop tomorrow, after recovering from a mild cold over the weekend (no  fever, or shortness of breath don't worry and plenty of hand washing is taking place). So while it will be at a recovery pace - this is the harder of the Tuesday rides and so I expect it will be a good work out in any case.
