With many away for Tour De Bintan we will be reverting to the island on Saturday for a ride that borrows from our friends the SIRs and popularly known as the Sirloin.
Like a nice juicy steak there is plenty to chew on and is great for honing race fitness.
The ride is aimed at race training and starts from Sinopec/ HK Cricket Club and goes down to Shek O, back up to Austin, back down to Shek O and then back to Austin.
There are only 2 rules of this ride:
1) turn up if you say you plan to2) do not stop until you hit Austin (both times)
We will be rolling from 6am and hope to see many of you there .
