Tomorrow is Thursday, which means just one thing: The Thursday Tai Tam Peloton will roll down to the beach and back, before we get too cooked! 

The weather forecast is hot and sunny with the roads a lot drier than Tuesday, so be prepared for some faster riding and increased fluid intake.

Route and timing below. Lights are mandatory. Dragons kit if you have it.

0530 Bisney Road fire station on Victoria Road 

0535 Victoria Road Ambulance Station on Pokfulam Road 

0545 Bottom of Nam Fung 

0552 Bottom of Repulse Bay Hill (rendezvous and regroup) 

0554 South Bay Roundabout 

0605 (pause at lay by just after Stanley Roundabout) 

0607 Redhill Peninsular 

0622 Tai Tam Roundabout (turn right and pause at the correctional centre)

0632 Cape D'Aguilar roundabout and onwards to Big Wave Bay
