Get warmed up for last minute Valentine's Day preparations before the big day on Friday by heading out for a bike ride.

Tomorrow sees the TTTP launch into action - as it does every Thursday morning.

We are getting large numbers out for this ride, which has all the Fs, fast, flattish & fun.

So come and join us for a visit to the beach and then back. Last week, people were having so much fun, that some carried on riding up to the Peak before they went home,

As ever, route and timing is below. Lights are absolutely mandatory and Dragons kit too, if you have it.

The weather forecast is indicating that it is definitely getting warmer. We should expected temperatures of 19 degrees tomorrow and dry conditions, although some rainfall is expected from about 7am onwards.

Also keep an eye on the AQI. I saw a reading of 152 earlier today and it is currently at 147. At 150 or over, we do not recommend riding.
