Dear all,

I hope you will be coming to the AASP 2023 conference at EdUHK! (https://www.aasp-2023-eduhk.org/)

We are seeking student volunteers from universities in Hong Kong to help out during (part of ) the conference days, to help organize events, meet and help out conference attendees, and monitor the hybrid mode Zoom connections.

If your students could volunteer to help out, it would be a great help to the conference. We expect to only take up their time for part of the conference days, and it will allow them to attend and take part in all activities without paying any registration fee. Please see below and encourage them to send an email according to the instructions if they're willing to join. Thank you!

Best wishes, Emma

Title: AASP Conference Volunteer Recruitment (July 13 – 15, 2023)

Dear students,

The Education University of Hong Kong's Department of Psychology is organizing the Asian Association of Social Psychology (AASP)'s 15th Biennial Conference in Hong Kong (July 13 – 15). We are looking for 24 student volunteers to help support the conference.

We are looking for undergraduate, master or research post-graduate students interested in being student volunteers at the conference. The main duties will be supporting the meeting venue and IT support for symposia and speaker presentations for part of each conference day. We are looking for students who are good in Chinese and English language, comfortable in controlling Zoom, and excited about psychology!

For the student helpers, you will receive free registration for the conference. All lunches will be provided. In addition, this will be a precious experience to learn about psychology, experience an academic conference, and meet some of the famous social psychologists in Asia. We expect about 500 international presenters.

If you are interested, please submit a brief CV or transcript (including a referee name, who we can contact later) by April 21st to Serene Ching at swc...@eduhk.hk.

Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Looking forward to working with you in the upcoming AASP conference. You can also find out more about the conference from this website:  https://www.aasp-2023-eduhk.org/

Best regards,

Dr. Wilbert Law

Organizing committee member of AASP
