Dear all (cultural psychologists in the Hong Kong Culture Study group)--

Next week, Daphna Oysermann will hold a hybrid-mode seminar at CUHK that may be of interest. For those of you out of Hong Kong, the Zoom link is included in the announcement below. 

For those of you attending in-person, it would be great if we could use this opportunity to meet up! Let's see if we could have lunch together after the seminar. Please let me/us know if you're coming.

Also: If you would like to join our (ancient) "HK Cultural Psy Study Group" email list, please let me know! We use this to communicate relevant seminars, job openings etc. to culture-curious psychologists & aligned fields academics in Hong Kong. In the past we have used this email list to organize monthly get-togethers and informal research sharing + social events, and it currently has 69 members.

Prof. Daphna Oyserman from University of Southern California  will present a research seminar on "IDENTITY-BASED MOTIVATION: Using Identity to do More and Better" on 24 October 2023 (Tuesday) at 11am.
