- Senior Java Developer
- Oracle technical skills
- Understand Server Admin functions
- Communicate Effectively
- Has promoted full lifecycle Non Oracle Patches in a home grown environment
- Can mentor other developers for standard functions and view
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Interfaces
- However this person will spend 15% of their time on Oracle and 85% of their time in other platforms plugging into Oracle.
