Reminder - TDS Return JANUARY to MARCH 2016

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from H J MEHTA & ASSOCIATES!!
As you all are aware TDS return for 4TH Quarter ( For the period 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2016)
of F.Y 2015-16 is due on 15/05/2016. As you are aware 15/05/2016 being SUNDAY we need to file returns by 14/05/2016. We need details/information from you for TDS return filing by 10th MAY 2016. As you are aware we need at least 4 working days to finalise TDS return, review by senior and uploading same to traces site. Please note that 15th MAY being SUNDAY, NSDL agents are not working on that day and we need to file all returns on 14th MAY 2016. Please Also note that NSDL agents are working only half day on Saturdays also. So, on14/05/2016, We need to file TDS returns by 2.00 PM.
To Avoid last Minute rush, kindly request you to issue us Quarter 4 all tds data before 10th MAY 2016.
Also Note that delayed for filing TDS Return for 1 day you have to pay penalty Rs.200/-per day.
Please send us TDS details in specific format of TDS Return attached to the mail.
