Please note that the American International Health Alliance (AIHA) has extended the submission deadline for a previously issued request for proposals in support of establishing a new volunteer-based twinning partnership between Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) in South Africa and an academic resource partner institution or consortium of institutions with expertise in pharmacy and pharmacy education.

AIHA seeks a resource partner that has strong ties to other community-based institutions that provide and/or support training for pharmacy technicians. The resource partner should also have the requisite expertise needed to provide institutional and administrative capacity strengthening for the pharmacy technician program at NMMU within the context of HIV/AIDS-related treatment and care services and support.

The deadline is now December 10, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. EST.

For more information, please review the attached Request for Proposals.
