The American International Health Alliance is pleased to announce a request for proposals in support of establishing a new volunteer-based partnership between Addis Ababa University School of Medicine and Black Lion Hospital and an academic institution with expertise in supporting emergency medical training and institutional and administrative capacity strengthening of emergency services within the context of HIV/AIDS.

The HIV/AIDS Twinning Center mobilizes and coordinates the resources of US healthcare professionals to effectively build capacity to reduce HIV infection rates and provide care to those infected with, or affected by, HIV/AIDS.
