AIHA and the HIV/AIDS Twinning Center have extended the deadline for submission of proposals in response to the above-captioned solicitation announcement, which was issued March 3, 2009.

The new deadline is April 15, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. EST.

Consequently, the new expected notification date is May 12, 2009.

In addition, clarifications have been made to "Section IV: Application Process" in response to a number of queries. The document now includes links to required documents and forms, as well as additional language detailing the proposal format and related guidelines.
