Problems with rules in parsedot tool

Hi there!

I'm trying to start playing with Hive but I get stuck right at the beginning. The thing is I want to sort my nodes according to the node label (Protein, Organism or GenomeElement) but I keep getting time after time an error parsing the rule. 

I've attached to the mail the dot, the parsedot conf file I'm using and the error message I get. I would need to know how I have to write the rule to make this work,

any comments, feedback... are welcome
